Description

This is a house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It is built of pale chequer brick with a plinth, a band course marking the first floor, and a moulded cornice. The roof is tiled, with brick chimneys on either side, the left-hand chimney being of 20th-century brick. The house has two storeys and three bays. It features paired wooden casement windows, with gauged brick heads to those in the outer bays. A narrower window in the centre of the first floor has an altered head and sits above a 20th-century lean-to porch. Extensions are present at the rear.
