Description

Nos. 10 and 12 Pound Street are a pair of cottages that form part of a row. They date from the 17th century and are timber framed, having been raised and refronted in the 18th century with colourwashed brick. The cottages feature an old tiled roof and have flanking brick chimneys. They are two storeys high with irregularly spaced wood casements. On the first floor, there are three 3-light casements, a 1-light casement on the extreme left, and a 2-light casement on the right. The ground floor has two doors and three 3-light casements, along with a 2-light casement, all of which have segmental arched heads.
