Description
Nos 59 to 63 on High Street are 18th century cottages that stand two storeys tall and are constructed of grey vitreous brick. They feature an eaves cornice and a tiled roof. Number 59 has a 19th century shop front and door, which includes a bracketed cornice and a fanlight above the door. There is a sash window above the door that retains its glazing bars. Number 61 features a 19th century angled bay window on the first floor, adorned with a dentilled architrave cornice and rounded pilasters, along with a modern shop front. Number 63 is similar to number 61, also having a bay window on the first floor and a blank window on the left side, with a modern shop front on the ground floor.
