Hitcham Park Cottage is part of the remains of Hitcham Manor, dating from the 17th century, with modern alterations. The building is constructed of red brick and has two storeys. It features modern casements and a doorway, and has a half H-plan that has been filled in. The cottage includes two gables on the north side.
