Description
Bailey's Farmhouse is a 17th-century house that has been converted into two dwellings. It features a timber frame with brick infill, and the gable facing the road is rendered. The roof is covered with old tiles and has a central brick chimney with corner pilasters. The building has a T-plan layout with outshots at the rear angles, and it stands two storeys tall with an attic and two bays. The front of the house has irregular wooden casements, including a 5-pane sash window on the upper right, along with two doors. The rear showcases a central gabled projection with irregular single and three-light casements. There are 19th-century extensions to the north, which include both two-storey and single-storey sections with slate roofs.
