Description
The lych gate and boundary wall to the churchyard, dating from around 1860 to 1870 and likely designed by Devey, features oak posts with curved braces that support a steeply pitched tiled roof, which is reinforced by scissor brace trusses on each side. The lych gate has modern iron gates. The boundary wall is constructed of red brick and includes a plinth and gabled piers adorned with trefoil-headed panels. It has tiled copings and consists of open balustraded walling between bays, each opening topped with a trefoiled head. The wall has weathered copings and contains nine bays to the south of the lych gate and one bay to the north.
