Description
The wellhead located at the northeast end of the main south front of Waddesdon Manor is a 15th-century Italian structure made of pink Verona marble. It features a circular design with eight carved lions' heads positioned below the rim. The sides of the wellhead are decorated with beaded arcading and symbolic motifs that are carved in shallow relief.
