Description

The wellhead located at the southeast end of the main south front of Waddesdon Manor is a 15th-century feature made of Italian carved Istrian stone. It is designed in the shape of a capital, adorned with intricate scrolled foliage. Each side of the wellhead displays a shield, and the front side also includes a heraldic crest.
