Description

Sunnybank is a house dating from the early 18th century that has been altered over time. The ground floor has been rebuilt in brick, while the upper storey features a timber frame of slight scantling, mostly covered in weatherboarding, with part of the rear exposed showing whitewashed brick infill. The building has an old tiled roof and flanking whitewashed brick chimneys. It is two storeys high and has two bays. The windows are 20th-century paired barred wooden casements, and there is a central 20th-century gabled porch. To the left, there is a single-storey 20th-century extension. The property is included for its group value.
