Description

31 and 33 Castle Street are 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys high with an attic. They are constructed from vitreous and red brick and feature a string course at the first-floor level. The building at No 33 has two bricks in height, while No 31 has three bricks. No 33 also has moulded brick eaves. Both buildings have an old tile roof, gabled dormers, and casement windows. No 31 features a 19th-century door, while No 33 has a half-glazed door. The windows are fitted with glazing bars. Nos 29 to 39 (odd) form a group with these buildings.
