Description

This is an 18th-century house located on the south side of Aylesbury Road, Bierton with Broughton. Originally named Redberry House, it is constructed of brick with an old tiled roof, and features brick chimneys positioned centrally, to the left of centre, and projecting from the right-hand gable. The house has two storeys, marked by a first-floor bandcourse, and an upper bandcourse on the gables. The facade has three bays of wooden casement windows; these are three-light on the sides and two-light in the centre. A central entrance features a six-panel door with the two upper panels glazed, and is covered by a simple hood. A one-bay wing is set back to the left, dating to the 19th century and distinguished by diaper patterned brickwork. This wing includes a four-light upper casement window and an arched window on the ground floor.
