Description

A house dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, originally timber-framed and later entirely refronted in brick. The roof is tiled, replacing a previous thatch covering, and features a half-hipped gable at the south end. A central chimney is positioned opposite the entrance, with a second chimney on the right-hand side. The west-facing elevation has three bays of sash windows on the ground floor, with a modern gabled open porch positioned between the first and second bays from the left, encompassing the entrance door. Above the porch is a small leaded casement window and two small upper sash windows. A lower wing extends from the left-hand side. The south gable displays a first-floor band and exposed timbers, alongside a sash window on the first floor. An outshot is present on the east side, and a dormer window sits above it.
