Description
Church Hill Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 18th century that has been altered over time. It is constructed of brick and features a half-hipped roof covered with old tiles, along with a central brick chimney. The layout is likely an L-plan, with an extension from the 18th to early 19th century in the angle. The building has one storey and an attic, with two bays. The south front includes four-light barred windows with segmental heads on the ground floor, and 20th-century barred casements in gabled dormers. There is a central board door located in a gabled timber porch that has shaped bargeboards. Additionally, there is an 18th-century block made of red and vitreous brick attached to the northeast corner, topped with a steeply pitched old tiled roof.
