Description
Small Dean Farmhouse is a house from the mid-18th century, possibly incorporating an older building. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings and features a first-floor band course, offset eaves, and a rendered plinth. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles, with a partly rebuilt brick chimney situated between the right bays. The house has two storeys and three bays. The ground floor has 20th-century leaded cross casements, while the original segmental heads can be seen above these windows. There are blind window panels between the bays on the first floor, with a blocked doorway on the left and a smaller cross casement above it, while the right side features a 20th-century board door. Inside, there is an ovolo-moulded spine beam in the left room.
