Description

Crown Cottage is a small cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings, while the right gable is roughcast and whitewashed. The cottage has a slate roof and a roughcast chimney on the right side. It stands two storeys high and has one bay. The ground floor features paired barred wooden casements and a board door to the left, with both openings having segmental heads. There are flanking weatherboard lean-to sheds with board doors, and the left lean-to includes a single barred wooden casement.
