Description
Minns Farmhouse is a house from the early 19th century that has been altered and shows signs of an earlier building. It is constructed of pale chequer brick with vitreous headers, and the right end wall is made of thin brick. The roof is covered with slate, and there are brick chimneys located at the center and on the right side of the building. The house has two storeys.
On the left side, there are two lower bays featuring 3-light leaded casements, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. The first-floor window on the left has been replaced with a 20th-century paired metal casement. The three taller bays on the right have 4-pane sash windows with cambered heads, and there is a central 20th-century door located in a lean-to porch. The farmhouse is included for its group value.
