Description
An urn on a pedestal, dating from the early to mid-18th century, is located 200 meters southwest of Harleyford Manor in Great Marlow. Made of stone, it was erected by Robert and Martha Clayton in memory of Thomas Fibmill. The urn features a cylindrical pedestal with an inscription on a drape, along with a small urn that has a Latin inscription and floral swags. The inscription notes that Robert and Martha Clayton "first built and planted in Marden MDCXCVIII," suggesting that the urn was likely moved from its original site in Marden, Surrey.
