Description

16 Bourbon Street is a mid-18th century building constructed of vitreous brick with red dressings and quoins, topped by an old tiled roof. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a plinth and a brick cornice moulding. The façade includes four flush sash windows, and there is a carriageway on the right with an oriel canted bay above. This building is part of a group with Nos 10 to 18 (even) Bourbon Street.
