Description

This is an 18th-century building comprising numbers 10 and 12 Bourbon Street. It is constructed of vitreous brick with red brick dressings, and features a moulded brick eaves cornice. The roof is covered with old tiles and includes one flat-headed and two nipped dormer windows.

The building has six windows on the first floor, one of which is blocked. All windows are framed with architraves. A yard entrance is situated to the left on the ground floor, with a modern bar and entrance incorporated. To the right of the doorway are two windows belonging to Bourbon House. A four-panelled door is recessed behind a plain rectangular fanlight, flanked by plain pilasters supporting an entablature with a triglyphed frieze and a moulded modillioned cornice. The original glazing bars have been removed from all windows in Bourbon House.

Numbers 6 to 18 (even) form a group, recognised for their collective architectural merit.
