Description
25 Rickfords Hill is a mid-18th century house that stands two storeys tall. The building is constructed of brick, which is stuccoed and painted. It features a moulded eaves cornice and has an old tiled roof. On the first floor, there are two windows, each four panes wide. The entrance includes a five-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight with a design of three intersecting circles. This door is set within a doorcase that has panelled pilasters and a flat moulded hood supported by carved console brackets. The house appears to be part of the original Friarage and has an early chimney stack with a rebuilt shaft.
