Description

The barn at Hazeldene Farm, located to the west of the farmhouse, dates from the 18th century, with the year 1783 inscribed on a tie beam. It features a timber frame, which is partly weatherboarded but mostly exposed with brick infill. The barn has a brick gable wall and a tiled roof, with a gabled cart entry on the west side and a cart door on the east side. Inside, the barn consists of three bays, with a raised floor in the central bay, jowled posts, and raking queen posts.
