Description
Biddlesden Lodge, located to the north of Biddlesden Park House, was built around 1820. It is constructed of rubble stone, with a rendered finish below the cill level, and features chamfered quoins and stone window dressings. The lodge has a slate roof with twin gables that overhang at the front, adorned with cusped bargeboards that return along the eaves. It is a single storey with an attic, consisting of two bays. The windows are Gothick barred casements set in lancet frames, with two-light windows on the ground floor and a single-light window in the gables. The central door is arched and also has a hood-mould above it.
