Description

The Old Smithy is an 18th-century single-storey building located in the yard of the estate office on the north side of High Street in West Wycombe. It is constructed of red bricks and features an old tiled roof. The building includes two sloping buttresses, a pair of folding doors, and three leaded casement windows. The Old Smithy is part of a group that includes Nos 35 to 37 (consecutive), The Church Loft, Nos 45 to 54 (consecutive), Nos 56 to 59 (consecutive), Steps House, The Plough Inn, The Apple Orchard, West Wycombe Estate Office, Rose Cottage, and Ness Cottage.
