Description

This is a small cottage, likely dating to the late 18th century. It is characterised by a brick facade with minimal timber framing visible on the rear. The roof is thatched, and it has a brick stack on the left-hand side. The cottage is one bay wide and has one-and-a-half storeys. It features paired barred metal casement windows; the ground-floor window has a cut brick flat head, while the upper window is set within the thatch. A board door is located on the right-hand side, also with a cut brick flat head. A corrugated metal porch protects the door, and there is another small window to the right of the door. This building holds group value contextual within the wider conservation area.
