Description

Bay Tree Cottage is a cottage dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is whitewashed with a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the right, and has a brick stack on the left side. The cottage has two storeys and two bays. The ground floor features 19th-century three-light wooden casements, while the first floor has paired 20th-century metal casements. A central board door is set within a cast iron gabled porch. A lean-to addition is located at the rear.
