Description
Alscot Lodge is a house built around 1830, with a porch likely added around 1850. The exterior features whitewashed render, a narrow band course at the first floor, and architrave surrounds to the windows. The building has flat eaves, a hipped slate roof, and rendered chimneys. It is two storeys high and has three bays, with 3-pane sash windows. The central door is topped with a fanlight and flanked by window strips, all set within a rendered porch supported by Doric piers, with a plain frieze and pediment. At the rear, there is a wing made of flint and brick.
