Description

No. 73 is a cottage dating from the 16th to 17th century, which has been altered over time. The right gable and rear wall feature a timber frame with colourwashed brick infill, and the gable includes one heavy curved brace. The front of the cottage has been rebuilt, rendered, and colourwashed. It has a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the right, with a small external brick chimney also on the right side. The building is one storey with an attic and consists of two small bays. It has wooden casements with single horizontal glazing bars, including two 3-light windows on the ground floor and a 2-light dormer with a tiled apron on the left. The entrance is located at the rear.
