Description

Baytree Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with a timber frame featuring diagonal braces and whitewashed brick infill. It has a half-hipped thatch roof and flanking chimneys made of whitewashed brick. The cottage is 1½ storeys tall and consists of 2 bays. The north side includes a 3-light wooden casement window on the ground floor to the right, a 4-light window in the center, and a 20th-century lean-to projection on the left with a pantile roof and entry. To the right, there is a 20th-century half-timbered extension with a pantile roof and a 3-light wooden casement window.
