Description
The Old Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th and 19th centuries. It has a timber frame that is covered with painted stucco, while the gable features flint and brick, and there is brick infill at the rear. The house has an old tiled roof and an old central chimney with two diamond shafts, along with a later chimney on the right-hand end.
The building is two storeys high, with a gable on the left-hand side and a four-bay front that includes three-light sash windows. There is a one-light window above the door, which is located in the second bay from the left and is deeply recessed with a wide architrave. The rear wing of the house displays exposed timber framing and has an oversailing upper floor.
