Description
Green View is a cottage with attached outbuildings, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed of witchert, roughcast, and colourwashed, featuring a thatched roof that is half-hipped on the gable elevation facing Church End Green. There is a 19th-century addition with a pantiled roof and an outbuilding that connects the house to a small thatched barn from the 18th century, all of which front Flint Street. The house has two bays and is one storey with an attic, plus an additional bay that is two storeys high. The entrance is located in a lean-to on the north side. The gable elevation includes two ground floor four-pane sash windows and one in the gable. The south elevation features a four-pane sash window in the left bay at ground floor level, with a dormer above it. The west bay has sash windows and is flanked by two stacks, one of which is from the 18th century. The outbuilding has double board doors.
