The cottage and attached stable at Mayhall Farm, located on Copperkins Lane in Chesham Bois, dates back to the 18th century. It is constructed of flint and brick, with some sections weatherboarded, and features an old tile roof that is hipped at the east end. The building includes one stable door, with a gabled entry above to the left, and a gabled dormer on the right that contains a three-light casement window.
