Description

Stratton Cottage is a building from the 16th or 17th century located on the north-east side of Bicester Road in Long Crendon. It has two storeys, with the ground floor constructed from rendered and colour-washed rubble stone, while the upper part features a timber frame with plaster infill, particularly on the right-hand gable. The roof is thatched and has a half hip on the right side. The front of the cottage includes a central door, four modern leaded casement windows on the ground floor, and four similar windows on the first floor.
