Formerly house and shop, now shop and office. Mid C18 with older origins, altered C19 and C20. Flared headers in header bond with red brick detailing, plain-tile roof and brick end stack. 1-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. C20 door to right with moulded wood surround and straight hood on scrolled brackets. C19 shop window to left, altered C20. 12-pane sash windows to 1st floor in moulded wood surrounds. Rendered plinth, red brick to door and window jambs and red brick quoins, storey band and wave moulded brick eaves. One flat-roofed roof dormer window. End stack has pair of diagonal brick flues. INTERIOR retains right gable end of original one storey and attic timber frame.
