Description

Nos. 33 to 35 on Main Street are a set of three estate cottages built in 1860 for T.E. Fitzgerald of Shalstone House. The cottages are constructed from rubble stone and feature stone cambered lintels. They have a tiled roof with two gabled centre bays facing the street. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of four bays. The ground floor and central first floor bays have 2-light casements with diagonally latticed metal glazing bars. There is a central stone porch that is gabled and tiled, with similar porches at each gable end. These cottages are included for their group value.
