Description
Rosehill Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1770, originally built as an estate building for the Verney family. It faces the rear of Claydon House and is constructed of dressed stone with a plinth and a moulded eaves cornice, while the remainder of the building is made of brick. The roof, which was originally a two-span design, is now hipped and covered with old tiles. The house is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The outer bays feature 19th-century three-light barred wooden casements, with the ground floor windows having stone voussoir heads. The central bay has a pair of leaded casements above a 20th-century door. There is a similar brick front on the west side.
