The barn at No. 94 Burcott Lane is a structure likely built in the late 17th century. It features a timber frame, is weatherboarded, and has a plain tile roof. The barn consists of four bays and includes timber trusses with tie-beams and queen struts, along with rafters above. There is a large off-centre opening with double doors, as well as additional doors and half doors beyond this main entrance. Internal timber partitions are present on either side of the entrance. The barn is situated parallel to the adjoining house, Burcott Lodge, forming a group with it.
