Description
Fulmer House is a 18th-century building that has been altered and enlarged. It is constructed of red brick with rubbed white brick arches and features a slate roof, with the left end hipped. The building has a parapet with a dentil cornice beneath a flat stone coping. The entrance front has a central bay that slightly projects forward, consisting of two storeys and an attic. The attic includes three dormers: one with a two-light casement and two with three-light casements. The first floor has five sash windows, with the central window being arched. The left-hand window is blocked on both floors. The ground floor features four sash windows and a central door that has a traceried fanlight and a carved head on the keystone of the arch. There is a polygonal bay that is slightly extended on the left-hand side elevation. All windows are fitted with glazing bars.
