Description
Keeper's Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century that has been altered over time. It is constructed of red and vitreous brick, featuring red dressings and remnants of red vertical strips. The building has a flint plinth, boarded eaves, and an old tile roof that is hipped to the right, with flanking brick chimneys. The cottage is two storeys high and has two bays.
On the left bay and the first floor on the right, there are two-light wooden casement windows, while the ground floor on the right has a 20th-century single leaded light window. The centre of the first floor has a 20th-century round window in a blocked original window panel. The ground floor windows have segmental heads, and the upper windows feature gauged heads. A central 20th-century door is topped with a flat wooden hood supported by shaped brackets, and there is a passage entry to the right.
