Description
Bell Bank is a house dating from the 17th century, with likely late 18th century subdivisions and mid-20th century restoration. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with quoins at the corners. There are paired 20th century glazed doors located between the second and third bays, set in plain chamfered surrounds, with the right door having a flat slab head. The ground floor has three 3-light flat-faced mullion windows, while the first floor has one 3-light window to the right and a 3-light and a 4-light recessed chamfered mullion window in the first and second bays. The house has a corniced stack at the left end, a large ridge stack between the first and second bays, and an end stack to the right. The interior has not been inspected during the resurvey.
