Description
Cullen House is a farmhouse dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys, featuring a rear outshut and two bays. The building has a plinth and quoins. On the right side, there is a part-glazed four-panel door set within an ashlar architrave. The windows are framed with ashlar architraves; the first bay has six-pane sash windows, while the second bay features two-light flat-faced mullion windows with four-pane sashes. The roof has shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, with end stacks. To the left, there is a part of a former farm outbuilding that is now integrated into the house but is not of special interest. At the rear, the outshut has a rounded corner nearest the road and includes two double-chamfered single-light window surrounds in ashlar. On the right return, there is a single-light window in an ashlar architrave on the ground floor.
