Description
This is a house located west of Hipping Hall, likely built in the late 17th century and altered over time. The structure is made of slobbered rubble and features a slate roof. It has two storeys and consists of two main bays, with a third bay set back to the right. The windows are modern and include glazing bars and plain reveals, except for the first-floor windows in the first and second bays, which have rebated and chamfered surrounds. On the first floor, to the right of the second bay, there is a sundial made from a square painted sandstone flag set diagonally. The house has chimneys located on the left-hand gable and to the right of the second bay. It is listed primarily for its group value.
