Description
The stable block at Paradise, located approximately 5 metres to the north-east of the house, dates from 1791 and was built for the Parke family. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys. The gable end facing the house features ashlar surrounds around the openings. On the ground floor, there is a doorway with the inscription 'J P 1791' and a boarded door, along with external stone steps leading to a first-floor doorway, which also has a plinth and a boarded door. The building includes shaped kneelers and ashlar copings. An addition along the south side has circular windows in its end wall.
