Farmhouse. Dated 1705 with C19 alterations and extension. Coursed limestone rubble to earlier range, random rubble to extension; gritstone dressings to earlier range, yellow sandstone elsewhere; graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays, the C19 right bay projecting as a large gabled wing. Quoins. Glazed door to right of bay 1 in cyma-moulded quoined surround, the moulding stepping up over the lintel and surmounted by a square plaque with raised lettering; " 1705 " To left of entrance R C S a square C20 window in a reused chamfered stone surround; a stepped 3-light recessed and chamfered mullion window with hoodmould above. 2 large rectangular windows with top-hinged frames in plain surrounds to each floor of the projecting wing. A small blocked square window to centre of first floor. An ashlar stack to right gable and a large square stack at the junction of main range and projecting wing. Left return: 2 rectangular chamfered windows to ground floor. Interior not inspected at resurvey.
