Description
Bolton Dene is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of roughcast rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys featuring three first-floor windows. The entrance consists of a studded board door set in a chamfered stone surround on plinths located between the first and second bays. In the first and second bays, there are 4-light chamfered mullion windows on both floors, while to the right, there is a single-light fire window on each floor. Further to the right, there are board garage doors. The building features shaped kneelers and ashlar copings, with stacks located at the left end, between the first and second bays, and to the right of the fire windows. A line of a lower roof gable is visible on the right return.
