Description

This is an outbuilding located to the east of Coverham Abbey House, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed stone with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and four windows on the first floor. Notable architectural details include a plinth, quoins, and two board doors set in quoined, chamfered surrounds. The windows are double-chamfered mullions with one and two lights. Additionally, the building has shaped kneelers and ashlar copings.
