Description
Marrick Park Farmhouse and outbuildings is a farmhouse and outbuildings dating from the early to mid 19th century, with a 17th-century core from an earlier manor house. The building is constructed of roughcast rubble and has a stone slate roof. It features a two-storey, H-shaped plan that reflects its 17th-century form but has an early 19th-century appearance. The façade has regularly spaced early 19th-century sash windows with glazing bars. The gabled wings each have two window bays, while the central section has four bays. It includes shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, two ridge stacks on the wings, and three ridge stacks on the central section. The rear of the building has an irregular form, possibly indicating the earlier core, and features irregularly spaced sashes with glazing bars. The side elevations consist of two bays of sashes with glazing bars on each side. The interior has not been inspected.
