Description
The Coach House and Stables at The Priory is a building from the mid-18th century, constructed of red brick featuring glazed headers and topped with a thatched roof. It stands at one and a half storeys tall, with the principal facade facing south. This facade is symmetrical, featuring a central stable door with a semi-circular arch and a glazed fanlight above it. On either side of the door are Diocletian windows that include central wrought iron lights. There are double cart entrances at both ends of the building, each with segmental brick arches. The structure has brick dentil eaves and a central wedge dormer for the hayloft, along with a hipped roof and a butt purlin roof.
