Description

The walled garden to Hoveton House, including a ha-ha, dates from the late 18th century. It features two sides constructed of brick, supported by brick piers at regular intervals. The design includes a dentil cornice beneath segmental coping bricks. The north and east walls of the garden remain intact. From the south end of the east wall, a ha-ha extends west in front of the house, designed in 1807 by Humphry Repton, who also laid out the grounds.
