Description

The crinkle-crankle wall, located immediately north-west of The Old House, is a garden wall dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features an irregular serpentine plan. On the north side, there is a plain pier in each concave bay. At the east end, there is a square-headed doorway leading into the garden. The wall returns at the east end to meet the north-west corner of The Old House.
