Description

Fern Cottage is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building featuring plaster and painted brick infilling. The east front has its gable refaced in ironstone rubble on the ground floor, with stucco above. It has a Horsham slab roof with a pentice on the western half of the front. The cottage includes casement windows and a brick chimney breast on the west wall. It stands two storeys high and has one window.
